🚨 Exciting News! 🚨
We’re thrilled to announce that Great Wyrley Academy will be the finishing school for the third annual WAT a Run event taking place on 17th and 18th May 2025
This inspiring 50-mile run will raise funds for Windsor Academy Trust’s £50,000 Bed and Breakfast Campaign, ensuring every student across all of our schools has access to a nutritious breakfast and a warm bed every night. ❤️
Over the past two years, this incredible event has united our community and raised over £20,000 to support our transformative 'Bed & Breakfast' campaign. This year, we're aiming even higher—with a target of £50,000!
The run finishes on Sunday, 18th May, and we’ll be celebrating with a huge Summer Festival right here at Great Wyrley Academy! 🌞🎪 Save the date!
📢 We need YOUR help to make this event amazing!
✅ Run a stall (food, drinks, crafts, etc.)
✅ Help with outdoor staging or entertainment
✅ Support in any way you can!

Exam certificates from the 2024 examination series can be collected from the school reception. Please contact reception to request them to be ready for collection.
You will need to sign for them. Please inform us and give permission should you wish a representative to collect them on your behalf.

It is an honour and a privilege to be the Headteacher of this brilliant school. Since academising and joining Windsor Academy Trust in September 2018, the school has gone from strength to strength. There has been significant investment into the building and resources, bringing the school into the twenty-first century.
