Kate Grey Visit

We were privileged to have a visit from a Youth Sport Trust athlete mentor called Kate Grey on Tuesday 5th July. Kate was a Paralympic swimmer who has become a sports reporter for the BBC. Kate gave a really inspirational talk to our Year 7, 8, 9’s about her life and dealing with challenges in a positive way and not giving up. The most important message Kate gave, was for each pupil ‘to be your best self’. Look our for Kate on the BBC coverage of the Commonwealth games over the summer.
