Years 10 and 11 have been ‘on a roll’ this week with Stromboli (a rolled pizza) by Year 10 and Swiss Roll with homemade jam by Year 11. With the new lunch times allowing proving time for the dough, some of the strombolis were rather large! Using a whisked sponge with no added fat, the swiss rolls were light, fluffy rolls of sweet goodness.
