Premier League Inspires:

On Thursday six Year 8 students visited The Molineux to record a promotional video for a Premier League Inspires enterprise event. The lads have worked with Wolves staff over a number of weeks to develop their idea for a sporting event to promote  gender equality. Out of 10 schools associated with Wolves Great Wyrley and the team of Year 8 lads were the winners.  Today they got to visit the stadium, and visit areas of the ground including the changing rooms and staff dugout, a players VIP box and visit the first team changing rooms and dugout. They were even lucky enough to walk out into the centre circle of the pitch. Something that many of us will ever have a chance to do in our lives. They were fantastic throughout the day having to work with the Wolves media team and memorise lines and act their way through their video. They showed real maturity, courage and resilience throughout and were great ambassadors for the school.
