Year 10 baking successes
This week, Year 10 have been getting their bake on with a swiss roll. They all made a beautiful whisked sponge with homemade jam - I just hope they saved some for the folks at home!
Year 9 gave Gregg's a bit of competition with their super sausage rolls last week! We focused on dish presentation and styling using some rather nifty techniques.
